Using data from a week's worth of cell phone usage, the YourHour app measures your addiction level in six categories: Addicted, Addicted, Obsessed, Accustomed, Dreamer and Champion.
"Clock Timer": See the elapsed time!
Your Hour app comes with a floating "Clock Timer" which helps you get rid of addiction. This feature always appears floating on your screen so you can keep an eye on it. You can move it to any position you want. The color of the timer will change from green to orange, then to red, as the Usage Limit you set approaches.
We don't block notifications or calls like other apps because we want YOU to be judged by your time. So, we keep you aware when your phone rings.
